MITANOL SAE 80W-90 GL-4 is manufactured from selected base oils with a tailored combination of additives. The EP additives contained in the gear oil form a load-bearing lubricant film between the tooth flanks during meshing. This reduces abrasive wear on the tooth flanks during the motion cycle under high mechanical stress. The gear oil is resistant to aging even under high thermal loads. Its good cold-temperature flow properties are due to the high degree of refinement of the base oil and the flow improver it contains. The gear oil contains suitable active ingredients to suppress foaming, and the lubricated machine parts are protected against corrosive effects.
MITANOL SAE 80W-90 GL-4 is compatible with standard sealing materials.
